Stuff: Georgie Girl & Blue were my FAVORITES!!! I've visit them every week. When the park closed - I visited them at Sea World, FL. When Georgie went to Point Defiance Zoo in WA I visited her once a year until she was moved back to Sea World, FL. Last I knew that where she was. I have pictures and stories on my website.

Stuff: I still remember the first time that I went to Marineland. I was about 7 years old and had just moved to Hermosa Beach. My miom and Dad took me and I thought that it was the neatest place. My favorite parts of the park were Orky and Corky and also the diving show. I liked the 'patron' that also was one of the divers. I thought that was so cool. That he would razz the divers and get up there and not go from the low platform, but from the really high one.

Stuff: I have many fond memories of watching Bubbles and all the other mammals perform when i was a kid. My parents used to take us to to the park a lot when we were little. In later years, i was a Field Service Engineer for an air compressor company in Los Angeles and we would regularly do contract work at the park. I will never forget working in the pump rooms below the big water tanks and seeing the whales watching me while i rebuilt the aeration equipment. They were probably thinking, "I hope he knows what he's doing" ! I still have my security badge !
